Hello and welcome I am a fully qualified counsellor and registered member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy). I offer a counselling and mentoring service for adults which can be either face to face, by telephone or online video call.

What is Counselling?

When you are experiencing relationship issues, feeling low, stressed or anxious talking to a counsellor can really make a difference. Help with these difficulties can be achieved by a process of self-exploration and increased self-awareness safely held in an honest, predictable, sensitive and trusting counselling relationship.

Specialist Experience

I am experienced in counselling adults from all walks of life and have particular experience of with working with carers and specialise in working with parents of highly sensitive children. I have worked as a counsellor for Counselling for Carers Charity since 2017 and feel privileged to be the primary carer for my two daughters since 2007.

Having grown up and worked on farms, previously worked for the National Farmers Union (NFU) and studied agriculture at Harper Adams Agricultural College I also have a special interest in supporting the mental health of farmers.
